2024 JUNIOR FOOTBALL CELEBRATION

The Western Football Netball League last night celebrated the Junior Football season, crowning best and fairest winners and recognising the efforts of coaches and volunteers.

The 2024 WFNL Junior Presentation Night was again held at Encore Events Centre in Hoppers Crossing with more than 650 people in attendance.

Along with revealing the top five vote getters in all junior grades, several other awards were presented which are listed below.

2024 Junior Coach of the Year: Kane Roach (Albion)

2024 Youth Coach of the Year: Michael Sotiroudis (Newport Power)

2024 Junior Club Official of the Year: Joyce Saliba (Sunshine Heights)

2024 Junior Club of the Year: Werribee Districts Football Club

2024 SEDA College Junior Interleague Best Players:

Under 15 Girls: Tannah Pawloski (Point Cook)

Under 15A: Hugo Hanrahan (Yarraville Seddon)

Under 15B: Kade Warrener (Newport Power)

Under 14A: Logan Phee (St Bernard’s)

Under 14B: Nedim Kulafovski (Point Cook)

Under 13A Girls: Laila Albert (Newport Power)

Under 13A: Harry Wood (Williamstown Juniors)

Under 13B: Harry Donati (Williamstown Juniors)
