
2025 WFNL SENIOR AWARDS RECAP
The Western Football Netball League has crowned its top individual performers of 2025, doing so at the league’s Senior Awards Night at Encore Events Centre on Friday 4th October.
The night’s top honour, the Barry Priest Medal for the TIV Division 1 Senior Men’s Best and Fairest, was won by Yarraville Seddon midfielder Michael Selsby, while there were joint winners in two of the senior football competitions.
Akec Makur Chuot (Yarraville Seddon) and Rita Ceravolo (Parkside Spurs) were co-winners in the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee Senior Women’s Best & Fairest, while West Footscray midfielder Jai Haines and Wyndhamvale full forward Lewis Stanton shared the Alan Smith Medal in the Division 2 Senior Men’s Best & Fairest.
The Belgravia Apparel Netball Competition Division 1 Best and Fairest was won by Spotswood shooter Kimberly Philipps who claimed the honour for the second time in three seasons.
