LAZZARO RE-SIGNS WITH EAGLES

Senior Women’s coach Peter Lazzaro will continue his tenure at the Yarraville Seddon Eagles, re-signing with the club for the 2022 Victoria University Polytechnic Senior Women’s season.

The Eagles announced the news on their Facebook page.

Lazzaro has coached the Eagles’ Women’s team since 2019 and previous to that coached their Reserves team to three successive premiership wins.

“Coach Pete Lazzaro, is super pumped for next season and is excited to see his fit, strong and very determined team run out on the field in 2022,” the announcement said.

Joining Lazzaro as assistant coaches will be Ian Walsh an Eagles Life Member and former player Nathan Anstey.

The Yarraville Seddon Eagles ended the Victoria University Polytechnic Senior Women’s Division 2 season in second spot, winning five games.
