BEST OF THE WEST READY TO FIRE
The WRFL’s first ever Netball representative team is gearing up to take on some of the best netballers from across the state.
Twelve players from across the Victoria University WRFL Netball competition have been picked in the inaugural team and will compete in the Netball Victoria Association Championships on Sunday.
Coached by Point Cook duo Nicole Case and Samantha Pruscino, the team have been training each week in the lead-up to the competition.
The WRFL will play games against Sandringham District NA, Bendigo FNL, Hampden FNL, Goulburn Valley League, Outer East Football Netball, Murray Netball League and Ovens & Murray. Games will be nine-minute halves. See below for the full fixture.
Games will be played at the State Netball Centre in Parkville.
