VALE THELMA ANGWIN

The Western Region Football League wishes sincere condolences to the Angwin family after the passing of Thelma Angwin.

Angwin served as treasurer of the league from 1982 – 1991 alongside her late husband Ron, the league president.

Angwin was awarded Life Membership of the WRFL in 1988 and the league’s Division 3 Seniors Best & Fairest Award is named in Thelma & Ron’s honour.

The league administration and the wider WRFL community’s thoughts are with Thelma’s daughter WRFL President Meredith and her entire family.
