WOMEN & GIRLS FOOTBALL ADVISORY COMMITTEE – EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Western Football Netball League (WFNL) is calling for passionate people to join our Women & Girls Football Advisory Committee.

The aim of the Advisory Committee is largely to oversee the implementation of the WFNL Women and Girls Growth Strategy 2026-2029.

The objectives of the Advisory Committee are:

• Promote safe, inclusive, and high-quality women’s and girls’ football competitions.
• Provide input on rules, policies, and operational decisions.
• Advise on season structure, age groups, and grading.
• Support initiatives around umpiring, coaching, and player development.
• Encourage positive behaviours and wellbeing for all participants.
• Facilitate collaboration between Clubs, League, and stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• 3 x Club Representatives (elected through the EOI process)
• 1 x Parent Representative / Community Representative (elected through the EOI process)

• Your name, contact details (your email, your mobile number), your club, which position you are applying for (club/community), why you would like to join the Committee and a brief summary of your background in football.
