BALLARD READY FOR 2022 SEASON

Glenn Ballard will coach Werribee Centrals Senior Women’s team in the 2022 Victoria University Polytechnic Women’s competition.

Ballard as been involved with the Senior Women’s program for several seasons and will again coach the team after the club announced his re-appointment on social media last night. He will also coach the club’s Under 18.5 Boys team.

“Glenn’s experience of nearly 250 games as a coach will be beneficial for both teams, with the Women’s team striving for a finals win, and the U18.5 team being the first in that age category for Centrals for three years,” he said.

Werribee Centrals finished the 2021 season in fourth place, winning five games before the season was cut short due to lockdown.
