POSITION: CLUB DEVELOPMENT LEAD
The Western Football Netball League consisting of 34 clubs and over 370 football and netball teams competing in Open Age and Junior competitions is currently advertising for the newly created position of Club Development Lead.
The WFNL is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter to join our team as the Club Development Lead (CDL). The AFL Victoria supported WFNL CDL will work collaboratively with our Member Clubs to help make it easier for local Club volunteers to have self-sustainable quality practices in place that lead to consistent quality experiences for all people connected to local Clubs across our League.
The role requires a willingness and ability to establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with clubs and other key stakeholders.
We estimate that over 250,000 volunteer hours were contributed to the 2024 season to make our competitions possible, underscoring the integral role of football and netball in the fabric of our community.
