DAW GETS SECOND CHANCE
Former WRFL player Majak Daw has earned a second chance at AFL level after securing a spot on Melbourne’s Rookie List.
Daw, who was recruited by North Melbourne in 2009 from Wyndhamvale, was delisted last year after playing 54 games at the top level.
Daw has been training with the Demons over the past month and after injuries to Ben Brown and Sam Weiderman, has secured a spot on their list for the 2021 season.
“Sine he joined us, Majak has done everything we have asked of him and shown terrific commitment to the program,” Melbourne FC List Manager Tim Lamb said.
“He is progressing really well and we think he could play a valuable role for us during the season.”
