Braybrook will now test themselves against Sunshine while Sunshine Heights will be expected to chalk up their third win of the season when they host North Sunshine.
The biggest win of weekend belonged to Sunshine who enjoyed a 180-point triumph away to the Westen Rams.
Nine opening quarter goals set the tone for the Kangaroos who were also at the best defensively as they held the home team to just one goal across the first three terms.
The Rams got some scoreboard reward in the last, and now have a great opportunity to add a second win for 2024, when they face Tarneit in Round 13.
Albanvale were 114-point winners when they played host to Tarneit at Robert Bruce Reserve.
The Cobras were never troubled as Reece Field bagged eight majors for the second time this season to take his tally to 30 goals in the past five weeks.
Nathan Ranno made a strong return to be named Albanvale’s top performer, while Luke Mann and Joshua Stone battled hard for the Titans.
Next up for Albanvale is a trip to Langshaws Reserve to face Newport.
The Panthers rebounded from their Round 11 loss with a four-goal victory over a gallant Suns at Goddard Street Reserve.
Trailing by 22 points at halftime, the Suns gave themselves every chance of causing an upset with a five-goal third quarter setting up an intriguing final term.
However, Newport did everything right in the fourth, adding three goals to their tally and holding the home team scoreless to secure a 11.11 (77) to 8.5 (53) win.
The Suns have another tough task ahead as they face-off with league leaders Albion.
A dominant first half saw Albion claim a comfortable 71-point victory against Wyndhmavale away from home.
The second half was much more evenly matched with the Cats finishing marginally ahead on the scoreboard as they kicked five goals to the Falcons’ four.

James Tessari and Liam Scarborough were the best for Wyndhamvale who meet Laverton in Round 13.
Laverton produced a brave first half performance against West Footscray on Saturday before the Roosters triumphed 18.17 (125) to 9.10 (64).
Just six points separated the sides at the end of two quarters as the efforts of Kevin Klix and Christopher Sivanesan kept the home team in touch.
But the Roosters added nine goals to two after halftime with Matthew Turcinovich booting a season-high seven goals and Jaycob Doyle playing a key role.
They face North Footscray next in the battle for Footscray with both teams looking to keep in pace with the top six.
North Foosctray will also enter the clash having completed a good win of their own, as they easily accounted for North Sunshine at Hansen Reserve.
Five Devils nailed four or more goals in the 151-point route with Matthew Serafin topping the list with six majors.
