POINT COOK WIN DIVISION 2 FLAG

Point Cook has won the WRFL Division 2 Premiership after defeating Yarraville Seddon Eagles by seven points at Avalon Airport Oval.

The Bulldogs upset the previously undefeated Eagles in the down to the wire match.

The final score was Point Cook 9.14. 68 to Yarraville Seddon Eagles 8.13. 61.

Point Cook star Jessie Lampi won the Rex Swann medal as the Best on Ground.

In the Reserves, the Yarraville Seddon Eagles won their third straight premiership, defeating Point Cook 10.13. 73 to 3.8. 26.

Jake Rycroft was Best on Ground.
