PRACTICE MATCHES: MARCH 22 & 23
More Western Football Netball League clubs will continue their preparations for 2025, taking to football fields throughout the West again this weekend (March 22 & 23).
Saturday will see four TIV Division 1 Men’s clubs host practice games including newly promoted Albion who face Southern Football Netball League club Port Melbourne Colts, while five Division 2 Men’s clubs are in action across local venues.
St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee Senior Women’s sides West Footscray and Wyndhamvale will gain valuable match practice on Saturday.
On Sunday, Division 2 Men’s outfit North Footscray will have their second preseason outing with the Devils playing Caulfield Bears at Footscray Park, while reigning Senior Women’s premiers Werribee Centrals will take on Frankston.
Meanwhile, the Centurions with four underage teams are one of several junior clubs playing practice matches on Sunday.
