TWO WRFL STARS NAMED IN UNDER 16 VICTORIA METRO TEAM

WRFL stars Thomas Burton (Point Cook) and Finnegan Davis (Williamstown) have been named in the Victoria Metro 2023 AFL National Development Championships Under 16 Boys squad.

Vic Metro’s first game was played on Saturday June 10 against Victoria Country with Metro unfortunately going down in an epically close 10.8(68) to 8.17(65) loss.

The team will play two more games over the championships:

Victoria Metro v Western Australia

Heritage Bank Stadium, QLD, 10:00am

Fri, Jul 7

South Australia v Victoria Metro

Fankhauser Reserve, QLD, 9:30am
