MATCH DAY PAPERWORK

Match Day Paperwork is required to be completed for every match.

ALL field umpires are expected to use Officials HQ on their smartphone or tablet and enter the game’s “Match Day Report” online by the end of the weekend of matches.

This form is submitted by one umpire only per match (first named field umpire), and includes the entry of participating umpires, Best and Fairest votes and Incidents/Reports.

For this reason, this must be correctly filled out after every match. Any paperwork not submitted in time will be followed up by WRFL staff during the week. It is recommended that all paperwork is stored safely after online entry until the end of the season as a backup, sometimes information is required to be resubmitted or revisited and it is good to have your notes at hand.

If there is an official report during the game, please also notify Steve Keating of the incident.
