WFNL YOUNG GUNS DOMINATE JETS FUTURE SQUADS

The Western Jets Future U16 Squads have just been announced for 2024 with 40 players from Western Football Netball League clubs represented across both the Boys and Girls programs.

Twenty-two players from six different WFNL clubs have been named in the Future Boys squad including last year’s Western Bulldogs U14 Division 1 Best and Fairest winner Jake Miller from Yarraville Seddon Eagles.

Williamstown Juniors have the highest representation in the Boys squad with five players selected.

The Western Jets Future Girls squad features 18 players from six different WFNL clubs with one of those being Point Cook Bulldogs’ Chloe Tate, who claimed the 2023 Western Bulldogs Division 2 Best and Fairest.

Seven Caroline Springs players are a part of the squad, the most from any club.

Across both the Boys and Girls squads 10 different WFNL clubs are represented.
