WINDRIDGE EXTENDS TENURE AT ROOSTERS

West Footscray have re-appointed coach Shane Windridge for another season at Shorten Reserve.

Windridge has been involved with the Roosters for the past three years, leading them to the Victoria University Polytechnic Senior Women’s Division 2 Preliminary Final, where they ultimately fell short by four points to Caroline Springs.

“After a year of success and strong growth, Shane is keen to lead the playing group to another exciting finals series, with eyes on the big dance and plenty of fun along the way,” the announcement said.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to have him at the helm again.”
