WRFL STATEMENT – JULY 16-18 MATCHES

Announcements from the State Government earlier today regrettably mean this weekend’s WRFL football and netball competitions (July 16-18) will be cancelled.

As was the case with the previous lockdown, lost matches will not be refixtured – an approach communicated prior to season commencement and consistent with AFL Victoria recommendation.

The WRFL encourages all members of its community to follow the rules and looks forward to returning to the field as soon as possible and resuming the 2021 season.
