WRFL WIN MEDIA AWARDS

It was a big afternoon for the WRFL Media team on Friday, when the league claimed two AFL Victoria Media Awards.

Darrell Jones from Local Legends Photography won ‘Best Photography – Character of the Game (Community) for his photo ‘Oh what a feeling’, which was taken at the RAMS Division 1 Reserves Grand Final earlier this year.

The WRFL Radio team was also recognised, winning the Best Radio Matchday Coverage award.

Led by Peppe Cavalieri, Andrew Wilson and Cade Wilson the radio crew was announced as the best in the state.
